Wendy is the deuteragonist, Bob's business partner and best friend (later love interest) who runs the office and keeps the business in order, and often organizes tools and equipment. She is also seen doing construction work in many episodes.
Wendy is a very good worker, as noted by Bob. She handles a handful of other work while Bob handles building. She has shown to excel in craft-based jobs, such as putting up wallpaper or designing things.
She is also very kind and often concerned over Pilchard, as shown several times during the series. Wendy can also be stubborn for some reasons when it comes to doing things herself. She'll claim she can handle doing the work, despite how badly it may be going until she finally realizes she needs help and can't do everything by herself.
Wendy is a woman with long blonde/yellow hair ( with red outlines ) often always worn in a ponytail held with a scrunchie. She always has a pair of gorgeous ruby earrings. She has black dot eyes and a small nose. Her scrunchie is usually red, but have also appeared to be white, green, pink and blue.
Often when doing work, Wendy will be seen wearing a green (originally blue) shirt (although In The Knights of Can-A-Lot, she wore a purple short-sleeved shirt with blue sleeves, and in Built to be Wild, she work a pink short-sleeved shirt.), jeans and fashionable tan-brown boots. Her construction worker hat is a darker shade of blue. When not on a job, or when working in the office, Wendy can most commonly be seen wearing a green cheqeured jacket (usually), a blue shirt, a red skirt (sometimes replaced with her normal blue jeans), a brown belt and brown shoes. She stopped wearing the jacket midway through the second series (it was seen getting recycled in Tea Set Travis), as well as the skirt, and her formal work outfit started to be used less and less in the series starting with Series 3, when she started doing more construction work, with her formal outfit mostly being used for days off or special occasions until it was eventually phased out starting with the sixth series. Often when doing really messy jobs such as painting or insulating, she wears a pair of green coveralls.
When Wendy was younger, her hair was in braided pigtails rather than a ponytail.
