Molly is J.J.'s daughter. She wants to be an artist, and is studying painting and drawing at art college. Whenever Molly has free time from school, she helps her dad at the building supplies yard. She also loves to go nature watching.

Her promo picture portrays her in Bob's yard instead of J.J.'s yard for some reason. The same error happened with Bob's promo picture where he's in J.J.'s yard instead of his own yard.
Molly appeared for a total of three years on the show.
Molly, along with Skip and J.J., were planned to have bigger roles (if not recurring roles) in Project: Build It. Molly, however, only appears in Bob's Big Plan as a non-speaking cameo.
In Molly's Fashion Show, Molly states that she is in college.
